What is the cost of shipping charges?

Shipping costs have flat rate for each destination:

  • Shipping to Portugal: 3 €
  • European Union: 5€
  • Rest of the world: 7€
I placed an order, when will I receive it?
  • Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
  • European Union: Up to 10 days.

we are currently seeing a longer than normal delivery time due to COVID-19, so delivery can exceed 10 days.

  • Rest of the world: 10 days or longer

On Countries outside the European Union there is also a longer delivery time.
In fact in all international shipments today it is difficult to have a delivery forecast due to the present instability.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is shipped the same day or next business day.

Note: On each product page you can see the estimated shipping date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the last email sent with the order confirmation, you can find a link that will take you to a page where you can track your order.
You can also access this page and fill out the form.
If you have created an account, access it and in the “Orders” tab you will also have all the information.

What payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available:

  • ATM – For clients of Portuguese banks
  • MBWAY – For clients of Portuguese banks
  • Credit Card – Payment processing is done by STRIPE.
  • Paypal
Why didn't I recieve any emails?
As soon as the payment is made, the confirmation is sent immediately by email.

If you can’t find this email, please see if it is in a different tab than the main one, since email clients like gmail and outlook separate emails by content.

See also if it went to the spam box, if it is the case please indicate that it is not spam so that in future communications the same situation does not occur.

Can I return or exchange an order?

You can return your order as long as no more than 15 days have passed since the date you received it.
The return costs are borne by Vera Manzoni Jewelry & More in case of return and first exchange.
The product to be returned must be without signs of use. You may have to pack the product in new packaging. For more information please contact us.

I can't log into my account

If you have never placed an order on our site, you will not be able to access your account because it does not exist. If you have already placed an order and are unable to enter, it may be for the following reasons:

  • Wrong password, in this case try to recover it by clicking here
  • Account not exist. Even if you have already placed an order before, the customer account is only created if you choose to do so when placing an order.
Will a sold-out piece be available again?

When a piece is out of stock, it will be in the catalog for a certain time and later removed from the online store.
However, if you access the page for an out-of-stock piece and find a form with the title “Notify me when available”, in this case the stock will be replaced.
You can choose to enter your email and be notified when it becomes available again.
