Shipping costs have a fixed rate for each destination, as follows:

  • Shipping to Portugal and Islands: €3
  • European Union countries: €6
  • Rest of the World: €12

For shipments to Portugal, delivery may take 1 to 3 business days.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped the same day or the next business day, except on Black Friday, as order processing may take longer than usual.

On each product page you can see the estimated shipping date.
For countries within the European Union, your order may take 6 to 15 business days to arrive.

For countries outside the European Union, your order may take more than 15 days to arrive at its destination.

Yes, in the last email sent confirming the shipment of your order, you will find a link that will take you to a page where you can track your order.
You can also access this. page and fill out the form.
If you have created an account, access it and in the "Orders" tab you will also find all the information.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Multibanco – Pay at any Multibanco ATM or through your online banking service.
  • MBWAY – Enter your phone number or the number associated with this service. The time limit to accept the payment is 5 minutes. You must have the MBWAY app installed and activated on your phone.
  • Credit Card – Payment processing is handled by STRIPE.
  • Paypal
As soon as the payment is made, confirmation is immediately sent by email.
If you cannot find this email, please check if it is in a different tab than your main one, as email clients such as Gmail and Outlook separate emails by content.
Also check if it went to your spam folder; if so, please indicate that it is not spam so that the same situation does not occur in future communications.

You can return or exchange your order as long as no more than 15 days have passed since the date you received it.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the order included free shipping (orders over €60).

The product to be returned must be unused. You may need to repackage the product in new packaging. For more information, please contact us.

If you have never placed an order on our website, you will not be able to access your account as it does not exist. If you have already placed an order and cannot log in, it may be for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect password, in this case try to recover it by clicking here

When an item is out of stock, it will remain in the catalog for a certain period of time and will later be removed from the online store.
However, if you access the page for an out-of-stock item and find a form titled "Notify me when it's available," the item will be restocked.
You can choose to enter your email and be notified when it's available again.
