Shipping costs have a fixed rate for each destination:

  • Shipping to Portugal and Islands: 3 €
  • European union countries: 6€
  • Rest of the World: 12€

Shipping to Portugal, the order can take 1 to 3 business days.
Once payment is confirmed, your order is shipped on the same day or the next business day.

On the page of each product you can see the estimated shipping date.
For European Union countries, your order may take 6 to 15 business days.

For countries outside the European Union, your order may take more than 15 days to reach its destination.

Yes, in the last email sent with the order shipping confirmation, you can find a link that will take you to a page where you can track your order.
You can also access this page and fill out the form.
If you have created an account, access it and in the “Orders” tab you will also have all the information.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Multibanco – Pay at any MB ATM or at your home banking service.
  • MBWAY – Enter your phone number or the number associated with this service. The time limit for accepting payment is 5min. You will need to have the MBWAY app installed and activated on your phone.
  • Credit Card – Processing of payments is done by STRIPE.
  • Paypal

As soon as the payment is made, confirmation of the same is sent immediately by email.
If you cannot find this email, please check if it is in a different tab than the main one, as email clients such as gmail and outlook separate emails by content.
Also see if it went to the spam box, if so please indicate that it is not spam so that the same situation does not occur in future communications.

You can return or exchange your order as long as no more than 15 days have passed after the date you received it.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the order has been contemplated with free shipping (orders over €60 – only applies to Portugal destinations).

The product to be returned must be without signs of use. You may need to pack the product in new packaging. For more information please contact us.

If you have never placed an order on our website, you will not be able to access your account as it does not exist. If you have already placed an order and cannot enter it, it could be for the following reasons:

  • Wrong password, in this case try to recover it by clicking here

When a piece is out of stock, it will remain in the catalog for a certain time and will later be withdrawn from the online store.
However, if you access the page of an out of stock item and find a form with the title “Notify me when it is available”, in this case the stock will be replenished.
You can choose to enter your email and be notified when it becomes available again.
